Scope of Services Related to Contractor Search
This website allows a user to enter specific information to search for a Contractor certified through a 14 point certification process. We make no guarantees that we will be able to match your Service needs with a Service professional or that there are Service professionals in your area that are either capable or willing to complete your Service needs. Although Contractors screened we make no guarantees or representations regarding the skills or representations of said Contractors or the quality of the job that he or she may perform.
Quotes provided by Contractors via the website are not contractually binding offers and are for informational purposes only. As such, no contractual arrangement is created based upon the quotes provided to you from Contractors via the website and vice versa. Any contract between user and contractors must be conducted directly between the user and the Contractor outside the website.

The Contractor must have practiced the designated profession in his or her own state for minimum of 5 years.
Contractors apply for A+Certified status by providing the required licensing, insurance, and other background information including contact information for a minimum of 10 past and current customers.
Verified Contractor Service is an independent third party company that will review the background information for accuracy and then contact the Contractors customer and ask a series of questions that will determine if the Contractor will approve to become A+Certified.
